(5 out of 5.0) the contractors you guys used were excellent - they didn't cut corners - they worked extremely hard and did not mess around - and were very diligent and conscious about getting the job done right AND on time. We were really impressed with the professionalism and good communication in letting us know each day what time he was going to be showing up (he was always on time, and in fact, early every day) and what time they'd be wrapping up. It can be a pain in the butt to have strangers in your house all day long hammering and scuffling around, but the guys were all very personable, friendly, and professional, which made it easier.

(5 out of 5.0) We paid for installation on 6/1/2011. The installer showed up 6/2/201 and began the installation. The attitude of the installer was very unprofessional and rude. He grumble about some gun safes that had to be moved, we took care of it while his crew stood outside smoking. The installer informed me that he couldn't proceed further because my icemaker did not have a shut off valve at the unit. I asdvised him that there was a valve in the basement and he could also shut off the main water valve. He grumbled ans said that he didn't want to be responsible for the water that was in the line. Now that wis nothing but BS ! The amount of water would not have amounted to a few tablespoons, and THE FLOOR IS BEING REPLACED. What could have been damaged? What an idiot! Without notice the crew abandoned the job. We paid for the installation of 900 square feet of hardwood, the installed less than 40 square feet and left us in shambles. I have contacted our attorney and we plan to sue for damages as we run a business from this location and are forced to remain closed. What a nightmare, stay away from this company. VERY UNHAPPY !!!!!!!!
